I’ve started a series of engravings about bits of mathematics which interest me. Some of the ideas have been taken from my own work. While some of the relationships are trivial, they are perhaps satisfying too. I’ve also started a series of engravings celebrating the history of mathematics and have about another thirty engravings planned. Watch this space.
Some of the engravings are self-explanatory; others need some explanation and clicking on an image in this gallery will lead you to another explanatory page.
In these pages, I will presume that you have some knowledge and enthusiasm for mathematics and geometry - who else would click on a tab with ‘maths’ in it? There will also be opportunities for you to develop my work further. Clicking on the Jim’s Gasket image below will lead you to two such challenges.
I hope you will enjoy them.
