A unique sculpture carved from Yorkshire sandstone. Mounted on a 40mm stainless steel rod.

Dimensions of the larger egg : Height : 58" Width : 41" Depth : 5".
This sculpture was commissioned by Cotswold Care Hospice, Minchinhampton, Gloucestershire for their garden of meditation and reflection. The garden was designed by award winning designer Ann Walker of Graduate Gardeners. All of the landscaping work was carried out by a Graduate Gardeners team.

The outline of the eggs uses a geometric egg construction from Robert Dixon’s seminal book Mathographics, which he describes on page 5 as being a four-point egg.
